Aphroditus mostly got the resources they needed from city-states inside Greece, but they did trade some supplies with bordering countries, like their surrounding city-states. Egypt had plenty of precious stones and metals that they traded, such as sandstone, limestone, copper and flint. Egypt mainly lacked wood, so Aphroditus gave them wood from their olive and pine trees in exchange. Aphroditus, as a city-state respected all other countries since they had enough knowledge to understand the differences between countries and how not all countries run the same way. However, because of the distance between Greece, Egypt, and Bulgaria, they formed allies between the three, therefore they had partners, and no rivals. They did have some rivals inside of Greece, but they had no foreign rivals and they appreciated other countries.
