The polis of Aphroditus was located in a fertile bay in Eastern Greece. The citizens looked up to the gods Aphrodite, Dionysus and Poseidon, which all relate to their location and what they value as a city-state. Their economy, education, and religion were all extremely important to maintaining a successful and enjoyable city-state for the people of Aphroditus.
